It’s glorious autumn weather and who wouldn’t want to be outside?  We’d like to invite you to join us for the last two Forman Park Beautification Days for fall as we prepare to “tuck the park in” for the coming season ahead.  See below, and thanks again to our great friends at the Syracuse & CNY Police Retirees for taking such a leadership role.  These are truly family fun days, and it’s been great to see so many families working together, and enjoying the experience of helping the community and building citizenship.  Come out and join us, either day, for whatever time you can lend.

We’d also like to invite you to learn more about the new Syracuse Beautification Fund, just established at the Central New York Community Foundation.  Public funding creates civic improvements, but the community has a role ensuring that they are vibrant for the generations that follow.  That is the spirit of a true public-private partnership, and the goal of this fund.  It is a tool for residents, businesses and interested citizens to become stewards of the future, and contribute to a forward-thinking effort to keep Syracuse beautiful.  Please consider giving to this permanent charitable endowment to help meet these needs.
