The Woodbine Group continues to invest along the Connective Corridor with another transformational project – Copper Beach Commons, an adaptive reuse of the former Armory on East Genesee Street into impressive student housing with all-inclusive amenities.

Work is underway this month to create two, three and four bedroom units, along with three and four bedroom lofts.
