The Syracuse University Art Galleries announces the launch of Lunchtime Lectures, scheduled on select Wednesdays throughout the academic year starting at 12:15 pm. These events will focus on aspects of the SUArt Galleries collections and special exhibitions, and will typically consist of a 40- 45 minute presentation. The lectures are free and open to the public. No food is allowed inside the galleries.
Community members are encouraged to take the free Connective Corridor bus. Schedule and map here: https://connectivecorridor.syr.edu/bus/ Lunchtime Lectures will begin its 2012- 2013 series with a lecture by Director Domenic Iacono on Wednesday, October 10, at 12:15 pm. Iacono will give a gallery talk on the current exhibition Karl Schrag: Memories and Premonitions, which he curated.
