USE — The Connective Corridor’s free mobile bus app works even better, thanks to user feedback and technical updates by iSchool grad student Keisuke Inoue and Syracuse University ITS.
Version 1.2, just released, enhances the USE app, a real-time bus tracker with complete schedules for the CENTRO buses that run along the Connective Corridor. The USE app gives users the next bus’s location using up-to-the-minute “live” arrival times and GPS tracking. The original app was a collaboration between Syracuse University VPA faculty member Jennifer Hamilton and iSchool PhD candidate Keisuke Inoue who has continued to create product enhancements.
FEATURES AND HIGHLIGHTS:
• Map showing the Connective Corridor’s buses running on the routes in real time.
• Predicted arrival times and major bus stops for each bus.
• Complete bus schedules for all buses and bus stops on the Connective Corridor.
