The Connective Corridor is pleased to help promote an exciting series by our partner, Community Folk Art Center.  Called, “A Journey Through Music of African Diaspora,” the series includes performances that traverse Latin American traditiona/folk music, jazz standards and contemporary tunes, and Native American blues.

Performances include:

September 20 at 7:30 p.m. — Latin, featuring Carolina Kim and Trio Bohio

October 18 at 7 p.m. — Jazz, featuring Bill Horrace Band

November 15 at 7 p.m. — Blues, featuring Corn-Bred Band

$5 donations are welcome.

CFAC is the first stop on the Connective Corridor.  Due to Corridor construction on East Genesee Street, parking is available on the side streets along CFAC’s back entrance:  Forman Avenue, Irving Avenue and East Fayette Street.
