Onondaga Historical Association announces the opening of a new exhibit, “Love and Marriage,” on February 6, at the OHA Museum, located along the Civic Strip of the Connective Corridor.

This exhibition, mounted to coincide with Valentine’s Day, is also in honor of Syracuse Opera’s staging this season of The Marriage of Figaro. The exhibition will feature items that span over one hundred years of wedding history from OHA’s collection, including eight wedding dresses with accessories, a brides maid’s dress, a groom’s tuxedo, photos, invitations, and even a piece of anniversary cake from 1896. Located in OHA’s first floor changing gallery, the exhibit is free and open to the public from February 6 to July 28.
