The mission of Th3 is to promote the arts to the public through establishing a common monthly date and time when the public can visit, at no charge, participating Syracuse area venues whose primary focus is visual arts or culture and to promote sharing and cooperation among those visual arts and cultural venues.

This ambitious project was initiated by the Everson Museum of Art and the Delavan Art Gallery. Th3 establishes Syracuse as a city for the arts in this initiative to reach out its local and regional communities.
Venues may present special programming on Th3 evenings, including show openings and receptions.
