The City of Syracuse will select an alterantive design strategy (Option A, Option B or the possibility of combining elements of both options) to advance into detailed design and engineering – the next phase necessary before final design and construction. The community is invited to submit comments and suggestions to the City of Syracuse. All written comments must be received by 5:00pm on Tuesday July 1, 2009 to:
